Character of the home and its history. Tall ceilings allow lots of light in the daytime and confortable beds ensure a good nights sleep.
Floors were a little dirty, but not a dealbreaker.

The space was great very comfortable with lots of little touches - bottle of wine, toothbrush , mouthwash ect in case you had forgotten something. It was a short walk to downtown and the waterfront channel walk
