The staff was proactive and took extra care to ensure the stay was smooth. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water was available 24/7. The ambiance of the room was cozy, making it feel like a home away from home

Very bad actually they took our money and called us that due to circuit issue they transferred us to another hotel and that another hotel was refused to take us saying we end of the tie up with them

The toilet of both the rooms had a foul smell and even air fresheners did not work. Kindly have the hotel management to work on improving this experience.
