This is a scam, they didn't offer me a room, Instead two days prior moved me to a different motel-like place. with no other go I accepted, but the place was pathetic what they offered—and charged me more on check-in.

Terrible experience
When the guests reached the hotel they were told booking does not exist. This is ridiculous to say the least. Terrible experience. Not expected from hotels.com. Will never use hotels.com unless some action is taken…

The company is a fraud. They will cancel your booking at the last moment and not refund the paid advance also.

This hotel name is “Elegance Hotel and Banquet Hall”. It’s not a Fabhotel chain, as noted in Google maps. There are 2 outdoor wedding halls in front of the hotel. We traveled there with elderly parents to see the new Ram…
