酒店的人雖然不太會英語，但是有人會說中文，工作人員都非常有耐性，得知我們想要浴缸願意給我們免費換房，也肯幫忙雪藏大型物品，還有一個非常熱情的中國清潔姨姨，唯一不滿的就是酒店位置，最近的地鐵站亦需步行至少30分鐘，不宜晚歸，而且給的email地址錯了，弄得我們久久回不去。
