バス、トイレが古い。お風呂場の扉が閉まらない。洗面台のドアの取っ手が抜ける。廊下の床がベコベコ。壁に穴が数箇所ある。

4樓走廊快塌下去了，真的不誇張，目前使用膠帶貼住，但不知道能撐多久，隔音也很差，5樓傳下來的聲音很大，牆壁破洞也是用膠帶黏住
家人適合居住，但朋友不太合適，廁所只有一間
洗澡水忽冷忽熱
怡靜TW如果是成人沒有開車，為了交通方便的話可以住，距離單軌列車真的很近，但如果是家庭有小孩就很不建議住在這裡
地點很便利，走出去就有燒肉店拉麵店還有三間不一樣的超商，電梯雖然很小，但是速度很快，密碼鎖也很方便這樣家人分開出門，也不用考慮誰要帶鑰匙
我們住4樓可能5樓也有住人，但因為隔音很差，所以半夜他們還在蹦蹦跳跳的時候我們的房間聽得非常清楚，甚至外面電梯啟動的聲音也聽得很清楚
這對於帶小孩的家庭來說不是很適合，沙發看起來不太乾淨，塌塌米的隔間要自己裝上去也有點辛苦，走廊的地板凹陷都很…
