The heating was broken when we got there and they fixed just to make a loud noice
When we call the owner just to complain about it he tried to trow us out from the hotel… he was so rude and unprofessional

Not a single thing
The heat didn’t work in the upstairs and it was 57 in the house. The hot water heater was in pieces, the smoke detector beeped every 2 mins, dead spiders, very gross and not like pictures at all
