The space. A wonderful large property. Great laundry space. The Spanish Moss Walkway.
The location, the street, the rooster (from 5am every day). The outer porch needs a clean and an update. Cracked driveway.

The location was family oriented in a mature neighborhood.
The screened patio was not usable due to spider webs, leaves and debris.
