Zum Wohnen eher ungemütlich, zum Schlafen bei Businessaufenthalt gut gelegen und funktionell.
Die Lage in der alten Fabrik ist cool, direkt neben dem Parkhaus (was leider mit ca 28.- Fr/Nacht zu Buche schlägt)
