Great location in Venice Beach
Location is fantastic for exploring Venice Beach and even Santa Monica in walking distance. Parking is easy in the back alley. 2.5 baths with W/D and full kitchen and two good sized rooms.

Great apartment but hot !
Location near venice, host, spacious apartment.
No air conditioning!! We stayed in august and it was hot in the apartment, felt suffocated. For that price i think air conditioning is a must.
