Byt je velmi pohodlně zařízen, kuchyně skvěle vybavená. Koupelna čistá,na chobě dokonce pračka a sušička. Je to si 5 minut pěšky od stanice metra. Téměř vedle Billa. V noci klid. Komunikace s majitelem na jedničku.
