It was clean and quiet. No fuss about my dog. Location was convenient. plenty of hot water for shower. I didn't really use the television/cable/ etc.
It is a little battered, but did not affect comfort.

Woman’s hairs all over “clean” towels, generally very dirty and very noisy, ridiculous man likely prior inmate blasting music early in morning and late at night, lots of people talking all night outside
