The only negative will be the solar hot water , the shower is sometimes cold in the morning but it’s warm enough, we didn’t mind it at all as it was refreshing

The air conditioning and the Wifi were both excellent and appreciated. The house is near to Black Rock beach which is a good place to visit.
The location was difficult without a car.
