The fine print
Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children when using existing beds. It must be paid at the property upon check in. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay for free using the existing beds. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. When booking more than 9 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. Dogs and cats are welcome. One per room (up to 13 kg).
