청결 상태도 좋고, 주변 환경(식당, 카페 등)도 괜찮으나 주말에는 주차하기 다소 어려움, 그리고 오션뷰라 전망은 좋으나 새벽에 파도소리가 크게 들려 숙면은 어려움
