应该是房主自住房的一室一厅带厨卫用于出租的，所以维护得很干净整洁。基本各种生活用品都提供到位了，比如锅碗瓢盆刀叉杯盘，还有冰箱，洗碗机，微波炉，咖啡机，胶囊咖啡，洗衣机，洗衣粉等等。自己需要准备的是拖鞋，牙刷牙膏等洗漱用品。
客厅连厨房比较大，活动空间充足，厨房有一个大岛台，客厅还有一张大桌子，东西能摊开放，比常规酒店要舒服太多了。
