Fantastic property, great views of distant hills, very peaceful, 5 minutes to the town of Chania but set in a long quiet road on the outskirts. Driveway for the car.

The owners are friendly and helpful.
The studio is clean and fully equipped,there also is a nice yard and a parking spot .
In a quiet area and not far from the city center (5' by car.. around 30' on foot).
