湯の川温泉の花火も部屋から見られてとても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができたよ
お風呂場がシャワーしかないのが残念。
バーベキューをするつもりで炭など購入して行ったが
近隣住民に監視されてる感じが凄いのと、庭の草が伸びていてできなかった。

景色が良い。価格が安い。函館山から近い。
駐車場までの道が分かりにくい。室内に虫が多い。お皿にナメクジがついていて衛生面に課題がある。シャワー室のすのこの下が隙間から見えるが汚かった。トイレが臭う。庭の草が整っていない。駐車場から家までの階段が急で、補強に不安あり。駐車場はアブがいて子供が刺された。
AyaJapanお庭に出たら、函館山のロープウェイも遠くに見れて、夜景も最高！！
ロケーションが最高でした！建物一階にある窓に取り付けられているテーブルの前で、食卓のイスを移動させて、朝から晩まで、ずーっと海を見ることが可能です。オシャレな海辺のカフェのような気分が、時間を気にすることなく楽しめます！！サイコー！！
ロケーションが最高な分、高い所に建てられていたため、たくさんの階段を登らないといけません。高齢な方や、足の悪い方には、建物までの道がちょっと大変かもしれません。

一軒家のためホテルとは違い、子供がいても、隣りや下の階の人を気にする事なく、家族でゆっくりくつろげるところ。また、お部屋の窓からは、函館の景色が綺麗にみえます。
