There was rubbish under the bed and clothes and quilts thrown in one of the cupboards.

It was not clean - old and tatty and the ceilings were even dirty - the curtains were filthy - we did not eat any meal in the apartment as it was so bad

The location. It was clean.
Very limited and dirty cookware. Walls were water damaged in main room. Unable to get TV reception. Beds were very hard. Stairs need attention as railing was rickerty.
