From parking to the unit we have to change many elevator and pool access was not instructed at all. No trash can in the master bathroom.

This was out second stay at the property. It's bit dated but still offers beach access, outdoor pools (including a heated one) and nearby amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

Room was great and amenities were great. The staff was rude and not helpful. We had an incident with my toddler and the staff were rude and uncaring.
