Meganisi is an absolute JOY! And this property is the perfect base.
It was FABULOUS. It was peaceful beyond! Beautifully-appointed; spotlessly clean; the neighbour gave us heaps of grapes from his vines; the local supermarket, taxi & taverna could not have been more welcoming.

Anastasia met us off the bus from Gaios in Lakka & walked us up the hill. It is a long steep hill to the property especially when you're doing it 2-3 times a day. She had left us some provisions, water, ham, cheese,…
