Hotel refused to give us the room, ignoring fact it was payed. The pushed us to cancel the room and refused to help. They said no rooms available

Central Antalya with the City on your doorstep.
How close to amenities it is.
The staff have all been fantastic.
There are a few maintenance issues but nothing that’s worth complaining about.
