The staff was very welcoming. I arrived very early and they were still able to get me into my room. When I advised them that I was taking the train to Kandy the next morning, they said that they would have a sack…

The staff, particularly the man at the front desk (I forgot his name!) were so genuinely friendly and accomodating from the second I arrived.

The hotel was ok overall but not quite 3 star. Somewhere in the 2 star range. No pool but not needed. Location ok rooms a good size facilities in room ok. Bathrooms just ok.

Nettes Hotel in super Lage mir sehr netten und zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert und ist gut. Leider ganz ganz mieses Internet im Zimmer.
