LouisWAS PLEASANT. LACK OF DECENT TV CHANNELS AND SOME BROKEN TILES TO BE REPAIRED BUT OTHERWISE ALL GOOD. NOT SO SURE ABOUT STAFF IN GUEST AREAS ON THEIR PHONES ALL THE TIME. THEY WERE ALL HELPFUL WHEN APPROACHED THOUGH
