Horror hotel
Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down…

Keep your standards low and it's not so bad
It was an adequately clean room in perhaps one of the worst parts of San Francisco so I expected worse but it wasnt great either. Better than expected but wouldn't choose to stay there again. $250 deposit was ridiculous

Mission district is amazing for food and nightlife. Stayed here because of that. Made a mistake roaches and bugs in the room. Crackheads in parking lot break on to your car (no security)

This hotel is not for the picky traveler. I was in one of the rooms that has the private bathrooms and I found it basically to be what I needed. Bathroom was clean. The towels smell like Clorox. The bed was comfortable.…
