gute Lage, Aufteilung ok,
Extra Gebühren für den Parkplatz, 15,-€ am Tag.
Die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig.
Im großen und ganzen ok, es fehlt noch an 3-4 Kleinigkeiten in der Einrichtung, Handtuchhalter etc.

Eine Klimaanlage sowie ein Sonnenschirm muss dringend nachgerüstet werden! Die Platten vorne heizen sehr auf (schon bei 21 grad Sonne), sodass mein Hund sich seine Pfoten verbrannt hat… Bitte…

Die Lage sehr gut nicht weit vom Zentrum
Terasse voller unkrat ,Gartenstühle mit Kabelbinder repariert ,also fast keine Möglichkeit die Terasse zu nutzen ,und der Grill voller Zigarettenkippen

Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, leider war nur die Terrasse in einem sehr schlechten Pflegezustand.
Die Lage ist super.
Die Aufteilung der kleinen Räumlichenkeiten war sehr gut.
Die Terrasse.
Durch Schmutz, Sperrmüll, Dreck und Unkraut war die Terrasse kaum nutzbar.
