Not the old Edessa in Sanliurfa!
For those who have visited Sanliurfa in years past, the Edessa was a fine, traditional hotel with a view of the historic mosque. Unbeknownst to be when I booked, that hotel has changed its name and the "new Edessa"…

nice hotel close to the visitworthy places
We spent there 3 nights and we enjoyed our time there. Even so, we sometimes experienced power cut and there was no hot water. Internet connection is not too great.

Great Location
Excellent location in the centre of the Old Town opposite the bazaar. Enjoy the somewhat noisy Turkish street cabaret from your balcony!
Not the Hilton but the room is big and the shower works well with plenty of hot…
