No question the location is great. It's close to Shinjuku with many restaurants and supermarkets around it.
The beds are so small... they should have use at least queen size beds. It barely fit 2 persons there. Imagine,…

Comfortable, a little tight with two double beds. Needed a dryer for the amount of laundry for 4. Found a local coffee shop with breakfast offerings and easily accessible to shops and restaurants and jr trains.
