因為入住時已晚，然後在11點左右要使用按摩椅時，發現故障，但因時間已晚故沒有反應給櫃檯人員，另外按摩浴缸的氣泡功能也故障，退房時有跟櫃檯人員反應這個問題，我是希望可以得到當天處理的狀況，但一直都沒有得到回應
