Staff opening room's door even when the guest stay in rooms. the machine parking take few min for bring out car. floor heating boiler were having problem, even hot water was not coming out easily.

직원들은 매우 친절하였습니다. 방 시설도 준수했고요. 그러나 방 청결상태는...좋지 않았어요. 특히 침대 헤드 뒷쪽에 먼지가 수북히 쌓여있고, 방안에도 먼지뭉텅이가 있었어요. 옷장 손잡이는 찐득한 어떤것이 묻어있었고 화장실에는 머리카락이 그대로 있었습니다. 그리고 냉장고에서 소음이 심하게 났습니다. 이틀동안 제대로 못자고 결국 방을 교체했습니다. 매트리스 상태는 전 방보다 좋았지만 청소…
