The planes.
I almost reinjured my shoulder trying to get the sliding doors to the balcony to open. Dealt with that for an entire day. Finally got it somewhat fixed.

LacieUnited StatesIt started out ok and ended poorly. Honestly for a 4 star resort with a resort fee I expected better.
The restaurant was nice our waitress was awesome and the lobby was pretty. Rooms were decent and clean, just a little dusty and older.
The towers where rooms are far from the lobby so staff cannot hear all that goes on…
