The situation, the view, and the house itself
Only (small) issue was lack of bedside lamps in the bedrooms. As we are all avid bedtime readers it would have been a nice touch

Views are amazing, great indoor/outdoor living area. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Pool was great for the kids. Wifi was outstanding for working remote and connected TVs to access netflixs etc.
