Decent place to stay located to a lake outside of Branson. If you are there for the lake its perfect but, if you are looking to spend most your time in Branson its a bit of a slog back and forth through extremely hilly…

Paid a lot of money for stay and condo was dirty. Master shower had some sort of substance spilled all over shower floor. Sheets stained on master bed and carpeting dirty throughout condo. Very disappointing.
