Please add an aircon with a heater or a movable heater. It was quite cold yesterday and without any heat it took a while to doze off.
The water isn't warm enough. Seems limited.

It is a facility. Nothing wow.
They could supply a carpet. the whole apartment has no carpet and only tiles. You get out of bed onto he cold floor. If they had a carpet, I would have scored them much higher.
