Disappointed with the lack of cooling.
Location was fantastic so close to the beach.
The lack of aircon or any cooling system made the house unbearable to live in. The fans just blow warm air around.

Not suitable for large families. Very hot with no airconditioning.
Location was great near the beach.
No airconditioning very hot upstairs (even though advertised as having airconditioning). No sound barrier between downstairs and upstairs. Very small rooms.
