The location is pretty good, close to a great seafood restaurant and within walking distance of the city center. The building is a bit old school, but good. Parking is easy, you park in the front yard.

Breakfast wasn’t included. It didn’t meet our expectations.
The room was on ground floor with one window for ventilation… there wasn’t any grill or bars for safety. No air condition or fans.

Close to the City centre, very quite as it is well back from the road. Car parking available.
Room was clean & comfortable, didn't include breakfast (we were on the road again early). Is within easy walking distance of the city centre. The host was very courteous & chatty.
Bed wasn't to my liking, but was fine…
