Staff didn't answer my e-mail and calls. Showers were dirty (and for some reason gender-segregated, even though they are individual), and products that expired four years ago haven't been removed from them.

The location is excellent and the conditions are nice! The best of this hostel was the worker Amila, who was so kind and helpful, always smilling and ready to help with any questions!
