Nach Rezeptionsende [23 Uhr] nur noch im Hinterhof.

Es gab bereits seit mehreren Tagen kein warmes Wasser, wie wir von anderen Gästen erfahren haben. Keine Mitteilung vorab, nicht mal eine Nachricht im Zimmer. Weder früh noch mittags Personal am Empfang.
