1. 일단 위치는 동해시내 중앙여서 시내, 바닷가, 무릉계곡, 그리고 강릉가기도 아주좋아요. 하지만 자동차가 꼭 있어야 편하게 다닐수 있습니다.
2. 위치가 아파트들을 함참지나 올라오면 한옥촌이 있어 당황치 말고 올라오면 주위 풍경이 아주 좋고 한옥이라지만 아주 깨끗하고 방도 2개 분리가 되어 있는 독채라 4인가족도 잘 지낼듯 합니다.
3. 저흰 안썼지만 한복 체험이나 밖에 바베큐야외 식탁도…
