We will contact you before your arrival to provide door key code. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property. Free WiFi is available. Central heating and hot water is provided by timer. Bed linen and towels are provided per guest per stay. The open fire is for turf burning only, burning wood or coal is not permitted, a starter fire pack is provide during winter months, extra turf can be purchased at the local shop. Guests are requested to recycle using the bins provided. We welcome guests to bring their dogs, maximum of 2 allowed and by prior request before arrival, Additional fee of €20 per dog per stay applies. Dogs must have their own bedding and must be kept downstairs, they are not allowed in bedrooms, upstairs or on furniture, guest must clean all traces of dogs before departure. A deposit of EUR 50 is chargeable subject to inspection and cleanliness of the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
