There is no hot water in the kitchen.there are not enough blankets and it's cold.The streets to the are not clearly marked. I get lost.

The owner did not make us feel welcomed from the 1st day. Did not want to fix the fridge which was not working. House was stinking coz it was never cleaner and trash not taken out for 3 days
