チェックイン後、お部屋まで案内があり、非常に丁寧でした。浴衣の説明などもしていただけ、快適に過ごせました。お風呂がたくさんあり、夜と朝で変わるので満足度が高かったです。
3階と4階のお風呂を行き来するとき、一度服を着て出てから移動する必要があったためつながっていたらなと少し感じた。

・到着時、スタッフ皆さんの出迎えは少し恥ずかしかったですが、旅の気分が味わえてよかったです。
