Jia-HaurTW網頁上的照片很漂亮，但其實現場房間 並非如此，有點被照片欺騙的感覺，不論是床墊或是沙發床的品質都很不好，整體來說性價比很低，非常不推薦。
有停車場很方便。浴室設施很好。
1.入住和退房的手續很繁雜，很像是在解謎題。
2.房間沒有空調，有些悶熱。
3.床墊的品質不好，而且將床設置在衣櫥裡，躺在櫥櫃下方很有壓迫感。
4.客廳有兩張沙發床，雖然可彈性擴充入住的人，但沙發床的品質其實很不舒服。

数日過ごす上で全く不便がなく洗濯機も利用できたので非常に助かりました。札幌に来る場合は是非また利用させていただきたいです。
立地もよく駐車場も利用できたので大満足です。
上の階の住人？の足音（恐らく小さい子供）が凄まじく、朝6時頃からドンドン走り回っていたため、目が覚めてしまい文句言いに行こうかと悩んだ程…
しかし一日中というわけでもないところからすると、上階もレンタル物件だったのかもしれません。
亭馨TW我們是開車過去，大樓就是停車場旁邊，滿方便。走進大樓後 不論電梯或走廊都有個臭臭的味道，進房後，隔局滿怪，直接把雙人床塞進更衣間裡，且地板跟床頭都有灰塵…，枕頭軟，躺了會直接陷下去。廚房設備很齊全 也有洗衣機附洗衣球。

不大乾淨且雙人床感覺是硬塞到更衣間裡
