조용한 주택가에 있는 3층(현지 2층)의 아파트입니다. 베로나 시내를 걸어 가도 15~20 정도면 충분합니다. 숙소 앞에 주차 공간도 여유 있습니다. 마트도 걸어서 10만 정도면 충분하고요.
주방이 조금 작습니다. 조라도구도 많지 않습니다. 식기세척기가 작습니다. 거실에는 에어컨이 없고, 2개의 방에만 있습니다. 화장실은 2개지만 샤워실은 1개입니다.
