The room we got smelled like mildew. Didn’t have hot water. Electricity on tv side not working. Breakfast was cold and served frozen food. WiFi not working.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in room 308; the room itself was excellent.
I noticed the refrigerator isn't cooling effectively. It may be time for a replacement to ensure the next guest has a better experience.
