Please note that Pets are allowed, but Big dogs are only allowed at the ground floor apartment. Please note that (for reservations, made after 18-11-2023) the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the reservation price. However, if we notice an abnormal high consumption, this will be deduced from the guarantee deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
