Groups. When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking. Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets. Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 14 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 15 years old to 17 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform David's Landing in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian. Please note 1 parking space is available for each room booked. Trailers, boats, oversized vehicles, and RVs are not allowed. Please be advised golf carts or mopeds cannot be parked or accommodated on property. Please note that all rental properties are located within a 1.6-km radius of the main office.
