房間霉味重，晚上睡覺6位家人整晚有四位都帶著口罩睡，其中有一位全身發癢。
訂房時看照片覺得還不錯，網站評論8.8下訂，到現場check in時給的房間是在大馬路兩旁，一邊一間在二樓，樓梯太陡，上下樓梯差點摔倒，沙發髒、浴室小又不方正，晚上天花板裝的流動空氣扇喀拉喀拉響，關掉後空調無法調強弱，在大馬路旁邊晚上一直被路過車聲吵醒。
