Zentrale Lage nähe Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, trotzdem ruhig. Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Der erste Eindruck war ein leicht muffiger Geruch - durch Lüften aber fast beseitigt. Und der Balkon ist eher ein Witz.
