Lage der Wohnung sehr ruhig, nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Parkplatz an der Wohnung.
Teppich müsste mal gereinigt werden. Schaden vom Abfalleimer nicht behoben.
Kaution erhoben, aber keine persönliche Wohnungsübergabe.
