Mrs. Chang張小姐TW主人不在台灣，只能用Line聯繫。房間根本不像照片中一樣新和寬敞，整體已相當老舊。最受不了的是一樓進去就是濃濃的油煙味！房間在二樓雖然沒味道，但浴室到處是水垢，毛巾架上掛著防滑墊，上面竟然還有沒清理乾淨的頭髮！被單上也是有好幾根毛髮！沒有毛巾只有紙浴巾，其中1條也因為滿是油垢味而不敢用！房間不知道多久沒住人，恐怖經歷…
Yushing隔音很差，門沒做阻音，樓上下開關門聽的很清楚。電視遙控器是故障的，研究半天打不開，還要打電話問才告知。

溫馨的房間，入住非常舒服，地下的公共遊戲空間小朋友很喜歡，房內滑梯也玩瘋了，是很好的一次宜蘭之旅，下次想再來，謝謝民宿主人載我們一程，推介的來來牛扒真的很棒
